We reserve the right to decline any job due to safety, access restrictions or legal reasons.
3. Quotes & Bookings

4. Payments

Accepted methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved payment systems.

Late payments may incur fees.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

Severe weather, safety concerns or unexpected circumstances may result in rescheduling.
6. Customer Responsibilities

We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
7. Liability Disclaimer

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Warranties
Workmanship warranties apply only where explicitly stated in writing.
Wear-and-tear or misuse voids warranties.

All content on the Hanging Angels website — text, images, graphics, branding — is owned by us and protected under UK copyright laws.
